The translator maintains a special homepage dedicated to the book, where he provides convenient notes to the first two chapters, and a comprehensive vocabulary. Since his pages are not really printer-friendly, and he uses some weird font which you might not want to bother to install, I prepared PDFs from the notes and the vocabulary: notes to chapter 1, notes to chapter 2 and the vocabulary.
